Work should happen
in one place
Orkestra is the operating layer that connects the systems a company already runs — so teams spend their day executing work instead of navigating tools.

Two statements that decide what we build — and what we deliberately leave alone.
Our mission
Close the gap between knowing what to do and doing it. Orkestra connects the ERP, CRM and communication systems a company already runs, so a request, the decision it triggers and the work that follows all live in one place — without re-entering data or chasing the tool that holds the truth.
Our vision
A workday where the operating layer is invisible. Teams open one place, see what matters and execute, while the systems underneath stay exactly where they are — connected, not replaced, and never another migration project.
Where Orkestra came from
Orkestra started with a pattern we kept hearing from operations, finance and delivery leaders: nobody was short of software. They had an ERP, a CRM, a chat tool, a ticketing system and a folder of spreadsheets holding it together. What they were missing was a place where those systems agreed.
Every option on the table meant replacing something. So we built the opposite — a layer that sits on top of the stack a company already pays for, connects it, and turns it into one place to execute. We're onboarding early partners now, and the product is still shaped week by week by what they run into.
It started as research
Dozens of conversations with industry leaders about where their day actually goes. The same answer kept coming back: switching tools, not doing the work.
The pattern behind the complaints
Intranets share information. Dashboards display it. Nothing owned the execution in between — so people filled that gap by hand, every day.
Connect instead of replace
We took the harder constraint: no rip-and-replace. Orkestra integrates ERP, CRM and communication tools and leaves them exactly where they are.
Built with early partners
Implementations run in weeks rather than months, and the roadmap is still being shaped by what early partners hit in production.
Three rules we build against
They decide what ships and, more often, what doesn't.
Connect, don't replace
Your ERP, CRM and communication tools stay exactly where they are. Orkestra sits on top and makes them behave like one system.
Execution over information
Intranets share. Dashboards display. We only ship something when it moves the work itself forward.
Automation with guardrails
AI supports decisions and workflows — it never runs unattended. Role-based access and clear limits come before autonomy.
